Linguine Pescatora | $28.90++ Fresh Buchot mussels, little neck clams, medley of seafood in light tomato sauce. Find that the pasta portion was little in comparison to its price. However the seafood portion was just right. Pasta was al dente but its price probably makes me think twice of returning. Nonetheless, a very homely vibe which I enjoyed.

Cannoli For desserts, we ordered a dessert platter which came with homemade Sicilian cannoli shells filled with mascarpone-ricotta cheese and rolled in pistachio and vanilla ice cream. I don’t have a sweet tooth but this is so delicious!

La Barca Funghi E Tartufo We also ordered a pizza to share and we picked La Barca Funghi E Tartufo ($28.90). When you cut into the pizza, a decadent mixture of truffle pate, mozzarella, smoked scamorza cheese and button mushrooms oozes right out from the middle and it goes really well with the soft and chewy pizza crust.

Pumpkin spice latte Seriously can't take any pumpkin spice at all. There's a little bit of nutmeg on top. They took our feedback and made us another cup. Very nice but honestly both taste exactly the same lol no pumpkin spice

Brownie Blackout brownies are all good, this one is abit too sticky-dense and outside isn't the most crispy, so not top tier. But still enjoyable

A4 Wagyu as part of @yen_yakiniku’s new 10 course Omakase menu. Expertly slow seared over charcoal and rested, this was such a dreamy piece of meat. I really loved how they portioned it to a point where you really get to enjoy the meat but enough to not overwhelm.

Honeycomb Beef Tripe This dish is ultra small (like 6 pieces of beef tripe) for $23++. Please be warned. I was expecting a mini pot worth of food. I think taste wise, it's yummy. The baby carrot cubes, onion cubes and some other veg that I don't know (0.1cm x 0.1cm) below makes it taste like dried "beef stew soup" haha. Xoxo, wet tissue no have.

Hey! Yakiniku If you’re in the mood for a simple and fuss-free BBQ experience, Hey! Yakiniku offers a decent option for single diners or casual meetups. The restaurant’s concept focuses on quick, solo-friendly grilling, with a menu featuring various meat cuts and seafood. Their Christmas Special Set provides a balanced selection, including Prime Karubi (120g), Karubi with enoki mushrooms, beef tongue, wild-caught shrimp, and Arabiki pork sausage. While the variety is commendable, all the meat cuts were just average, leaning more toward quantity than quality. The shrimp and enoki mushrooms add some variety to the experience, but they don’t stand out much. The Hey! Niku Set offers classic BBQ cuts like beef short plate, tontoro, pork belly, and gyutan. While it covers most of the bases for a yakiniku meal, the quality of the meat remains unimpressive, making it more suitable for casual everyday dining. The Jingisukan lamb leg, however, had a very gamy taste that may not appeal to everyone.

Calling All Meat Lovers Supper was such a treat last night. We hit up Yakiniku Jan Jan, located in the heart of the bustling Cuppage night scene. Their buffet selection includes high quality Japanese meats alongside Korean banchan and even cold noodles. The marinated Beef Short Ribs were my favourite! Get the free flow alcohol for additional 15bucks per person. Each dining group will have 2 hours for their meal with the last order at the 1.5hour mark. 55++bucks/pax #FTrecommends

Buffet They had a special menu item something like beef curry rice and it tasted so good. The rice is fluffy, shiny and goes so well w the curry. The meat and others good as always.

Premium Japanese Wagyu Buffet ($59.90) With 90mins to dine, you can order anything off the entire menu even if you mean 4 trays of the above photo which is what I did with my friends. Quality of the meat is as good as the ones I had in japan. Only complain is that I wish their menu had a wider variety like more veg or seafood like their competitors as I got jelat after awhile from the goodness of the Wagyu cuts. Nonetheless, they have the nicest Wagyu meat offered in a yakiniku buffet in my opinion.

Angus Beef Steak Half Pound Set From Yakiniku-Oh Indeed satisfying portion for this. Juicy grilled angus beef with onions, serve with miso soup, salad dressed with sesame sauce, fluffy Japanese rice. Highly recommended!

Gyoza From Yakiniku-Oh Signature gyoza filled with wagyu beef. Listed $7.90 for 8 pieces. Served hot, definitely juicy inside.

Bad Experience in this restaurant I feel really disappointed about the restaurant. The amount of the food is too little and also very expensive. The most annoying thing is the waiter did not tell us the slides (starter) would be charged but finally they charged us! It is a kind of cheating!!!!

Oyako Don Ordered their Phase 2 takeaway menu: beef yakiniku don ($11.50) and oyako don ($9.50). It's like Japanese zi char by Keisuke - delicious stir-fried meat in amazing sauce served with premium Japanese rice (same rice as their restaurants) and miso egg soup. Very value for money! Worth a try!

The Keisuke Group’s latest standalone chicken specialty concept, Chicken Yakiniku Tori Yaro has opened in a coffeeshop along Lorong 29 in Geylang. Chicken Yakiniku Tori Yaro specialises in chicken, with a wide selection of cuts to allow diners to taste different textures such as the tender Chicken Thigh, firm-fatty cut of the Chicken Tail, soft-juicy Tsukune meatballs, or more uncommon cuts such as chewy Chicken Gizzard, crunchy Chicken Soft Bone or tender-chewy Chicken Heart, all to be cooked over an electric grill. Remember to pair these meats with the different variety of customisable sauces and condiments. Other signature items include the Tori Yaro Chicken Ramen with a twist (where you can grill the Chicken Chashu to get that smoky-char flavour going and savour it with the ramen for that umami-rich punch!), and also the savoury Tantan Tofu as a side dish!

Most refreshing cold noodles This bowl of chicken cold reimen accompanies the BBQ well, refreshingly light on taste and with smooth glass noodles that you can easily slurp up. Especially glad that they split it into portions naturally for the two of us (great service!), and each of them is easily a one man portion on its own. The sprouts are on the raw side but gives it a very green taste 🌱 ($18)

The Best Yakiniku in Singapore for me is at Yazawa. Thanks to @singaporeliciouz Who’s recommended it, me n my family enjoyed it a lot. Feature Shin Shin from Yazawa beef Japan selection. Yakiniku (average spending $150 per pax). This is the place which many believe serve the best yakiniku in Singapore. Besides having all the top grades of wagyu with beautiful marbling, they also serve good mangalica pork and chicken meat. Pricey, but great.
