Look at that huge serving of nasi lemak, they definitely were not stingy with the sambal! We quite love the fragrance of the rice, and the chicken was crispy. Was expecting more flavours from the chicken, but it felt pretty dry for me. Overall it was a pleasant meal, but seems to be lacking the wow factor! If you happen to be in the area and don’t mind queueing, you can give this a try.

We picked two items on the menu to try - the Saigon Special (pork belly & ham) and Pork Meatball sandwich. The baguettes were crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside. Love how they were easy to bite! The cucumber, carrots and pickled vegetables really complement the meat well, you can hear the crunch in every bite. Would most likely be back to try other items on the menu!

The broth for the shio ramen tasted very light with a hint of yuzu, while the tsukemen noodle was springy and the dip was on the saltier side. Though we applaud the restaurant for the interesting and healthy concept, we felt that both dishes taste pretty average. Would probably stick to enjoying yuzu on our drinks or desserts instead.

These pancakes look amazing! 😍 I think they really nailed the presentation. We ordered 4 stacks of millefeuille pancakes for sharing, the pancakes were warm, soft and melt in your mouth. They were very filling even though two of us shared a plate, so it’s highly recommended to go for lesser stacks if you are not a big eater.

We were blown away by these french toasts! The toasts are warm and fluffy on the inside yet crispy on the outside. The cream cheese is sweet, yet the berries are slightly sour, it’s a very pleasant mix of flavours in one bite! You can add ice-cream as topping if you want. Among a few other French toasts that we have tried, this definitely tops the list. Would definitely be back for more.

Opted for 1-for-1 Single Origin Hot Chocolate, with one cup of 68% Ghana and another 75% Costa Rica. The cup with 68% Ghana is slightly more on the sweeter side with a hint of nutty taste while the other one is slightly more bitter, much to my liking! The chocolate is quite thick and doesn’t feel watery. Would most likely be back again to try the other menu.

Overall was pleasantly surprised at the taste! The laksa pesto has managed to capture the essence of laksa flavour, we can actually taste the fragrance of the herbs. For the fish & chips, the batter was crispy and the fish does goes well with the tartar sauce. As the dining area is pretty small, it might be advisable to make a prior reservation before making your way down.

Generous portion of rice and seafood, it’s good for sharing. Not the best we have tasted, but definitely worth a try if you are in the area. Overall, the service was good, staffs were friendly and helpful in recommending the items to order.

Ordered tonkatsu as an ala carte as we also had the seafood paella. The meat was crispy and succulent, it was a good balance between the batter and the meat. Must try for tonkatsu lovers!

Generous portion of burger, meat was tender and goes pretty well with the egg, just felt slightly dry for me. Fries were good with a hint of truffle smell. Worth a try for burger lovers out there!

Create your own Swiss Meal! Opted for (1) Veal bratwurst, rosti, swiss egg pasta and (2) Grilled chicken schnitzel, rosti and sauté mushroom. Rosti is delicious, highly recommend to pair it with the sour cream. While the bratwurst is tender, the chicken schnitzel was rather tough. Overall, it’s still a satisfying meal (~$21 for both)
