My favourite place for CPM! Although I do prefer Jojo Kitchens chilli, I prefer this restaurants' take on the dish instead.
The egg is always poached perfectly and the ikan bilis (anchovies) is always crunchy. Also, I am a sucker for boiled soups so the fact that they've got a big (comparitively to other restaurants) bowl of soup with leaves inside is a plus point.
I've tried their wanton soup (5pcs of good 'ol meaty wantons) and their fried pork as well which is just as tasty. Simple but delicious.

Loved the interior of this place which gave a very relaxed atmosphere and a clean look too. Did my work here for about 3 hours!
However, the food was less than impressive. Maybe it was just the dish that I ordered which was the Salmon Carbonara (RM17. 90). The cheese became too gooey and the sauce just wasn't creamy anymore and the quality could be improved too, a bit disappointing.
Also, had a flat white (RM10) which I felt was abit too bitter..
But, will be back again because parking is easy to find around here and the people are nice. Would like to try their waffles next!

The menu has expanded from when they first started out and they're always packed with people but you'd never have to wait long for a seat.
For malaysia day, we ordered the special Milo Crepe (RM13) which was all we hoped for. Topped with vanilla ice cream, the chocolate crepe also had milo crunch balls which was such a nice surprise!!
We also ordered their Nasi Lemak crepe (RM21) which includes rice, chicken, homemade sambal, cucumbers and an egg. This is definitely a must try! The chicken was tender, juicy and still so crispy on the outside! Everything on the plate was just delicious, we left nothing behind.
Would be back here again next time, the people are all very welcoming and friendly it's impossible not to smile at them!

Cozy hipster cafe with an extensive menu to choose from! Ordered pancakes which came with berries, whipped cream and maple syrup (RM12)! This was nice because it wasn't as sweet as it looked but the pancakes weren't as light as I wanted it to be.
One amazing dish would be their Spicy Salted Fish spaghetti (Rm16) which is one of a kind! Try this!! Their lemon shrimp scampi pasta (Rm16) is goood choice too.
I would definitely be back to have more! Really cool place, really good fusion food at affordable prices!

The moment we stepped in, we felt welcomed. The service was great as all the waiters were attentive and served us so well!
We shared a pumpkin soup (RM14.15) and the BBQ ribs (RM45.28). The pumpkin soup was warm, smooth and creamy. BBQ Ribs were definitely the highlight though, it was soooo good, the juices from the ribs seeped into some of the fries underneath which made it better too!

Usually packed to the brim but it is coupled with fast service too so you won't have to wait too long.
PJ folks go-to for good dim sum! Especially the Golden Bun, the best salted egg yolk bun 😋 remember to have the golden bun while it's still hot/warm if not the filling will harden if you leave it out for a while and it won't be as nice!
I've tried the other branches in Kota damansara and Uptown but the food and service in both these places don't match up to the one here in DJ!

Can't go wrong with Uncle dons for good food & deals. For RM13.80, the set lunch gives you ice lemon tea, a main course and a single scoop of ice cream! Where else do you get that?!?
Ordered the wild boar curry with rice and keropok, was not disappointed but thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The butter chicken chops are a good choice too! And the usual chicken chop for those who arent feeling too adventurous is just as nice. Last but not least, the chocolate ice cream was awesome, caught us by surprise!!
Waitress was nice, service was quick and interior is comfortable! A real gem 😄

A really comfortable place for gelato, place was clean, spacious, and minimalistic.
We loved their version of Durian gelato and their suggestion of having it with the Belgian Dark gelato was amazing! Both flavours paired so well and this was on top of the warm waffle (crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside!!) with chocolate syrup. Also, their servings were big compared to other ice cream parlours.
Altogether the waffle and 2 scoops of Premium Flavoured ice cream cost us RM18.50! If you were to get the normal scoops of ice cream it would be RM16.50.

There is no mistaking that the interior is amazing but I can't say the food is above average because it was just average.
Ordered the combination special pho (RM19.90) which includes various forms of beef, the grilled lemongrass chicken bahn mi (RM12.90), and the flan dessert (RM5.90).
The broth for the pho tasted alright, it wasn't anything to shout about. Make sure to check your dish as to whether any beef balls were in there because there wasnt any in ours at first but the waiter was quick to apologise and gave us some. I would say the same goes for the bahn mi, an average dish. The serving is big and I guess that makes up for the price you pay for both dishes.
The flan dessert, however, was what I enjoyed most as the texture was just nice and it didn't come across as too sweet (altho I am a huge sweetooth).
All in all, I've tried better pho for half the price with more meat. Although I understand that quality meat is being used, the food just seemed to lack a little oomph to it when paired with the price I paid, I felt like I was paying more for being able to be seated in such a pretty place.

This place is good for tea time, they serve curry puffs with an array of fillings. The lamb curry puff was really good but the chicken and egg version was sub-par. Ordered teh tarik's and wanted it less sweet but apparently it's all from a coffee machine so they aren't able to do anything about it but top up more hot water for us after.
The price is abit too much (teh tarik was rm4.90?!?!!!), albeit it's located inside a shopping mall so it will cost more than a normal mamak.
I've learned my lesson and now I just takeaway curry puffs from them whenever I am craving some, no more buying drinks from them.

Been here many times when I'm craving japanese food, plus service is always quick. A wide variety to choose from, like Rakuzen, except it's more affordable for quality Japanese food.
Would recommend ordering the Spider Roll or the Salmon Mentai Roll if you were to pick one of the rolls. The salmon sashimi don was nice but as always I wanted more sashimi 😂 Chicken katsu don is a good choice too.
