First of all it's has a very flavorful taste to the soup yet not too heavy. I was told it is brewed using sharks cartilage and pork bones and of coz some special ingredients. ๐๐๐ Being a traditional teochew restaraunt, they use a lot of fish! Fishball, fish dumplings , prawn paste etc . All are freshly hand made. One special item was using fish paste to make into kueh tiao , it was a first for me.

Had this classic bowl of ้้้ญฏ่้ฃฏ . Thick braised sauce with incredibly tender pork over rice. The meat is so well cooked it'll melt in your mouth ๐ Whether a fan of lu rou fan or not, you have to give this a try!
