delicious and cheap, but not very healthy

cheese ramen was lit - but high in salt content so not for the health conscious

disappointing and watery gelato - miles and miles behind salted caramel :/

delicious but a bit pricey for a non air-conditioned restaurant. pork cheek is really good.

- this is very affordable with burpple, only around $9 for a meal + drink in the CBD area
- big piece of unagi (thick and juicy)
- staff here clearly care about the quality of food as they asked us a few times how it was
- great for hangouts and not crowded at dinner time

delicious and quite affordable with burpple especially in a place like jewel. loved the carbonara!! my only qualm is that they charge for water which is quite lame

As of Nov 2021, this place no longer exists! Once again, a subscription close to $100 disappoints and can’t even provide accurate information to its users on whether the restaurant is still open or not.

if you think a subscription close to $100 would bother to update the app if one of the restaurants was permanently closed… think again LOL

probably one of the best mac and cheese i’ve had in my life - very good deal with burpple 1 for 1. portions are HUGE though so not too suitable if you have a small appetite

tamago sando: delicious and soft, substantial portions - great vegetarian option
matcha lemonade: not a fan, tastes weird

if you like mala flavours this place is for you! the bowls are also very big as seen in the photo - i think one bowl is enough to share between two people.
