The restaurant does not stock the fish, to cook it, you will need to visit the fish store opposite to purchase them. this is as fresh as it can get. remember to select only the fresh catch or the cook will not cook them as it will damage their reputation
this particular otak otak is only found in Penang. very different from the one found in Singapore. try it when you can
