Oh so good! Devilishly sinful yet it's yummy 猪大肠拉面 $5 Mala soup is ma yet drinkable. Lol
We also had the handmade dumpling in chilli oil 红油妙手 $5 and cold noodle 凉皮 $3.50 with mala sauce.

We'd both half portion but still they're big enough to fill us. My daughter loves Shoyu base as usual while I wanna try the Tan tan ramen. OK spicy for Japanese style with soup. Unlike the Chinese think sauce.
They both come with 1 thick slice of char siew, tamago and lots of beans sprouts.

Love this lunch with Marinated salmon and tuna. Small - 1type of fish ($11.90) Medium - 2 types of fish ($15.90).
You may choose salad, white, brown or mix rice as base. And you can oso add sides like Kimchi, preserved ginger, purple Cabbage and different dressings.

Interesting cocktails and had a platter of cold cuts $24. Love the preserved onions to go with it.
Ambience was good till the crowds came in after office hour. Service was good.

Not fantastic.... Average for hotel standard.
We had Steak, asked for medium rare, it arrived medium well and seabass was ok.
The semi buffet was really simple.
Cream of pea soup was not hot and lack of taste. Chinese soup is better. 2 types of salad, some 🍰 ice cream and durian puree. There was oso a small chocolate dip with apples, starfruits and marshmallow.

Surprisingly the thicker pork bellies are so much more tender the beef ribs.
Prawns are small but juicy.
Good service.

Overall good Yakitori and Don.

Miso and mayo cauliflower skewer $3.50 was not so fantastic.

Everything was good.
Set lunch $15 - comes with a soup, drink & main.
- Truffle Carbonara topped with sous vide egg was yummy. Slurp it up!
- Rotisserie boneless leg was nicely roasted. Complimented well with sides of mashed potato and green. And the red sauce which I think has basil in it was yummy too.
Ice lemongrass
Iced Honey Cabana - didn't feel much taste of pineapple or mango as mentioned except honey.
Love the bits of mushroom in the Mushrooms cappuccino soup

Simple, yummy Yakitori at a Kopitiam.
They've almost everything Yakitori should have EXCEPT beef 😱
Price was reasonable.
Tofu cucumber salad was refreshing.
4 eggs chawanmushi was 👍
Midjoints, chicken balls, liver, hearts, shisamo, bacon wrapped tomato and mushrooms, etc.
🐟Grilled seabass with the chilli paste & lemongrass was 😋
Grilled oysters were fresh but too tiny for $4
Squid was nicely grilled.
Eggplant🍆was nicely grilled. Chilli paste Topping was abit spicy. Abit more salt or miso will be good.
3 bottles of COEDO was $28

Food was ok but not WOW! Reasonable prices. Can't decide what's their signature.
🐚Escargots OK. But they were too tiny to really taste them properly.
🍛Foie Gras was perfect. Great combi with fresh fruits.
🍝Carbonara spaghetti was nice
🍝Beef Stroganoff was not the usual brown sauce. Dry. Beef was either overcooked or use of wrong cut. Too tough.
🦆Duck confit was good.
🥓Pork belly tasted good, tender yet skin was crispy.
🐓Chicken breast was dry.
🍰Lychee rose cake was light yet it's a dense cake as they used almond flour.
🍰Rainbow layered cake was soft.
Macarons were nice.

Nice authentic food I tried.
