Watermelon Jasmine, Grape Oolong Cold Brew Fruit Teas ($4.80) Hi, Hi Tea! Second time here to try their cold brew fruit teas. I really like that they blend the fruits with the tea, you can taste the authentic fruit and not some sugary syrup. We picked less sugar and it was just nice in terms of sweetness. The cup was really big so I think it’s very worth it with the Beyond 1-for-1 deal. No queue when we visited on a weekday evening as well, even though it was a public holiday.

Hello Tea :) Got the Beyond 1-for-1 Milk Tea deal, their milk teas are not too bad. I enjoyed the Milk Oolong Tea ($4.50), and the Brown Sugar Jelly topping was chewy and yummy! Made the drink a lot sweeter even though I ordered 0% Sugar haha. As for the pearls, they were a little bit tough on the inside. I liked that the cup came with a cap that was closable, it’s perfect for takeaways - I could drink a little bit first (because I have no self-control), then cap it back and keep the rest for later. :) Overall worth it with the Beyond 1-for-1 deal.

Mentaiko salmon pasta Loved the sauce! So tasty and the salmon was cooked only partially through, so it was soft and moist.

One for one pasta Tried the mentaiko salmon carbonara with ebiko Love this pasta! The mentaiko and carbonara combination always work It feels a little Jelat but disappears so quickly when it’s shared. Tried their coffees as well — like the dirty sesame and iced latte. Spent around $80 for two sandwiches and two pasta (2 one for one deals) and 4 drinks so a great meal!

Absolutely lovely coffee If you are looking for solid coffee in an aesthetic environment, look no further as @alchemist.sg had done it right. They have repurposed the old Khong Guan factory as their cafe, giving it a good mix of both retro and modern vibes! I ordered the Iced Latte ($7) and it was such an enjoyable cup. It was not too acidic, yet strong enough with deep hazelnut and chocolate notes. It had the perfect amount of milk for the strength of coffee. I loved that it was smooth and rich, perfectly for a long sip throughout the afternoon. If I'm around the area, I'm definitely coming back to Alchemist for a good coffee break!

Chocolate Hazelnut Danish Gotten this pastry to go with my cup of mocha. And I must say the chocolate is definitely very creamy and sticky. Fluffy danish with messy chocolate and hazelnut on the top. Just love the combination of flavour and texture.

NZ Ribeye Steak @$24 No GST. Ribeye Steak comes with house salad & a side of your choice. Steak was cooked to the perfect medium. The steak was flavourful, tender and has a favourable fat ratio. The ribeye is definitely my favourite part of the cow. Brown sauce was rather meh thought, would be better with black pepper sauce, or some cream-base house sauce.

Steakgrill Nice juicy steak, good lunch deal

St Louis Ribs Applewood smoked ribs served with in house BBQ sauce. Comes with a house salad and one side. SteakGrill uses the slow cooking method to cook their meats in order to ensure every bite is absolutely delectable, perfectly cooked and juicy. The ribs are smoked well and tenderly done with a good combination of fatty and lean meat that goes well with the bbq sauce. The creamy and cheesy mac and cheese are served warm that come in a good portion as well 》$16 They can get really crowded during peak hours so do remember to make a reservation to secure a table and avoid disappointment before heading down.
