A lotta work for my meal to makan this traditional style where each unagi morsel and rice mouthful is accompanied with spring onion, seaweed, sauce, fresh grated wasabi and broth. Painstakingly rinsed and repeated. Yamato Izakaya would be a good place to go try ‘em out if you wanna beat the queues...
