the usual pork adobo you'll taste but I cannot describe the process why it is double cooked (I feel lazy in describing it right now, let me know if you are interested - DM me for details) I tell you you won't stop salivating the moment the sauce melts it way to the meat and unto your cup of rice.
this is my first creation for my first ever customer! Double cooked pork adobo with sliced boiled egg and parsley (yes I know it's inside and you don't get a chance to see here how it looks like).
