The best sourdough in Singapore. It was so good that I almost didn’t want to swallow it and decided it deserve a Burpple post. It was true love the moment I sink my teeth into this delightfully crumbly Toast.

My second time having lunch here. Set lunch at $19 super value for money. Since the ribs are priced at $26 ala carte. Nice glaze on the ribs with a distinct smokey bbq flavour. The meat was tender and slides off the bones easily. What a delightful meal!

A sister outlet of the original Grin Affair at Everton Park has opened its doors at Bishan, and it serves more than their signature cakes-in-jars. The Bishan outlet serves crisp and light meringue waffles made with only egg whites and soya milk, and you can choose from both sweet and savoury toppings. Go for the slow-roasted chicken waffle with bacon and maple cream ($7.50) if you're in the mood for something savoury, or the waffle topped with durian gelato, almond flakes and toffee sauce ($10) for a good sugar fix.
Love the spicy miso paste and the broth. It is slurpy good! You get to choose the hardness of the noodles, I recommend Hard for those who prefer a bit more chewiness. The meat was nice and chewy too but the flavoured egg could have been a bit softer.

They renovated the place, now it's fully air conditioned. It tastes a little differently than I last remembered but still super shiok.
