Sukiyaki Kazan Ramen ($17.80) Served in a sizzling hot stone bowl, watch the show as they pour the broth into it and cover it up as the steam blows into your face. This soup base was a little too salty for my liking, but with a free flow of hard boiled eggs... its hard to pass up!
