My friend brought me here to try the Gyokuro green tea (he loves it). Personally really like how clean it was but wow this cuppa tea sure is premium HAHAHA ($10 ish). felt v atas drinking it! hahahha the tiramisu was ok only, plus felt that the white choco on top was too sweet but ok pretty interesting!
told the person we using burpple beyond then it seemed like the lady serving us wasnt v happy bout it. according to the menu in the app they say main dish only (minus rice noodle dish) but when we ordered they were saying nope we just gonna take the cheaper one as freeee - ok la i geddit but i feel like the person was v pagro to us and only towards the end her attitude was better. maybe cus they busy? idk man but overall food is pretty good - servings were q small tho at such high prices its like at least 20 bucks per dish cus we ordered mostly large but they came to be q ok sized HAHA saved q a bit w burpple beyond!!
Used 1-for-1 for this. the ice cream sandwich was frozen and they just take out from the freezer hahaha i thought it would be freshly made but ok i prefer the ice cream when its freshly scooped feels nicer ๐ $8 for 2 so not bad la
ordered the normal cus i basic the black fungus nice noodle texture nice i ordered normal i cant imagine how soft would be sia. soup i order normal also but i think can go light cus rly v gao
had the Old Skool ($9.90). Not rly a fan of the luncheon meat but enjoyed the soft truffle scrambled egg and also the roasted broc (so good). u prob will smell like food after eating here tho

Finally made my way to ๐ป๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐ to try their food! Among 2 of us, we shared the ๐ช๐ผ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ'๐ ๐๐ฟ๐บ๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ ($๐ญ๐ฐ.๐ต๐ฌ) and
๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐๐ผ ๐ ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐ธ๐ผ ($๐ญ๐ฌ.๐ต๐ฌ). Nearly ordered another main but thankfully we didn't cause the portion of sweet potato fries was so huge and so goood! - normally would prefer normal fries but this sweet potato is gud. When the army stew was served, it looked quite meh so i didn't have very high expectations. But the soup was so flavourful and we both could not stop drinking it hahah v shiok. The drinks were okayyy, - ๐๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ผ๐๐ท๐ถ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ฒ ($๐ฒ.๐ฑ๐ฌ) and
๐ฌ๐๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐น๐ฑ ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ ($๐ฒ). at first we thought the cream had yuzu HAHAH so when we first drank we were like??? where's the yuzu taste but turns out it was at the bottom. (could taste the yuzu halfway throughout the meal).
Had the ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐จ ๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐จ ($21)Angus beef bowl while my friend got the ๐๐๐ซ๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ญ๐๐ซ ($22). Yes it was still as good as the previous time i tried it. First time trying the garlic butter and wow the taste is YUMS. they slap on a huge chunk of garlic butter and torch it for awhile before serving so you can mix it up. It really envelops the beef making it very fragrant. All their beef bowls are gooooood. The best thing is that they are very generous with their stuff, i see them prepping for others and the amount of mentaiko they give is !!! and also the mountain of rice in one bowl LOL i cannot finish i wish got more beef to match the huge portion of rice they give. the miso soup is pretty bland tho~ but still this place is like an upgraded yoshinoya (IMO its hard to go wrong with their food)
Finally got to try this place - had their ๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ค๐๐ง & ๐๐๐๐จ๐ง ๐ฉ๐ข๐ ($12) while my friend got the ๐๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ก ๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐๐ก๐โฃ. Gotta say i really enjoyed the pie, the crust was slightly sweet while the fillings were savoury. My friend really enjoyed her quiche as well. The quiche crust didnt really taste like much probably because of the chix & bacon pie's crust. For desserts, we had the ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ญ ($8) + ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ & ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐ง (?). Tbh didnt understand why they would serve us that first HAHAHA by the time we actually got round to eating it, the cream wasnt cold. and eclairs shiok part is the cream inside!! so it fell short of expectations. Preferred the Paris Brest because it reminded me of kinder bueno LOL the other one had white choco on it and was wayyy too sweet. Their drinks (matcha latte -$5.50 and hot choco) were q mehh too hahaha but their pie is rly nubbad :')
Hojicha soft serve with yuan yang waffles. Used burpple beyond 1-for-1 to get the smores waffles and drinks. [$23.80 2 waffles & 2 drinks]
Overall really good! The soft serve is a faint roasted green tea taste with little rose petals haha. The waffles are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Really love their waffles here!!
Ordered the lemon pasta with pomodoro sauce, sous vide egg, sauteed prawns and grated parmesan. [$17.90 incld gst]
Overall very disappointed with the sauce.. not sure if the sauce is suppose to taste like this but it is pretty diluted in taste (bland). Tried to add salt in which helped a tiny bit in terms of taste. The pasta itself has a interesting shape and good texture! Prawn can be more fragrant. Egg is fine! But wouldnt come back :(
Do remember to make reservations online so you get a table and not a tiny bar area! It is a popular place but I guess we chose the wrong sauce :( my friend ordered the alfredo sauce and she liked it
ordered 25% altho the person said the matcha would be bitter, but turns out it was not :-) enjoyed the drink before mixing. a bit diluted towards the end after all the ice melted, even the honey pearls!! the medium sized cup is sufficient after a filling meal!
brown sugar was a lil sweet but personally not a fan of brown sugar anyway

had this cup of boba warm and it was q comforting for the tummy plus the pearls were soft and reminded me of black sedame tang yuans hehe; my friend had the dirty milk tea w honey pearls (L) which she found was a tad too sweet since it was sucha big cup....
