😝 The matcha lava cake was awesome with the flowing matcha lava and red bean onto the hojicha ice cream. However the hojicha flavour was a bit overpowered by the matcha. Overall a great dessert except it was a bit on the exp side at $15.30... For a lighter option go for the Yuzu Salmon Bowl with 2 healthy sized grilled salmon skewers and zucchini. My first piece of salmon was a tad overcooked but the second piece redeemed the bowl by being moist and tender. The yuzu sauce was barely discernable but was nothing a squeeze of lemon couldn't fix.

Ok I think the price is insane for berries, toast and ice cream but when I tasted it.....just take my money. So darn good even though it's so simple. After all that's what you want from a French toast right? Suuuuper egg soaked bread and nice tart berries with good quality ice cream. Must order to end your meal!

Large folded crepe with banana nuggets within each layer, along with a scoop of sweet creamy vanilla gelato and salted caramel sauce. The conventional salted caramel, banana and vanilla combination worked well. Also, the slightly charred ends of the perfectly cooked crepe was commendable, making it altogether a pleasantly sweet treat.
This is solely based on my "food instincts", but (because of how the crepe batter tasted) I thought a savory rendition of the crepes at la ristretto would work better! Which they do serve, hence the need for a next visit.
