Bought this for my mum so I didnt drink much! But at 25% sugar level the drink is actually not very sweet which is great. (Especially how caramel flavoured drinks risk to be overwhelmingly sweet)
The tea flavour is quite prominent too! My mum likes it :) She said there were too many pearls but i feel that its alright hahaha (i really like their honey pearls)
Overall idk im not a caramel kind of person so i wont repurchase, but if you are your order wont go wrong!

Personally I loved anything savoury and Thai food always given me this satisfaction. Came across this place when I was browsing Burpple Beyond lists and read many good reviews.
Ordered main 1-for-1 crispy kangkong and clear tom yum soup since my husband canโt eat spicy . On top of it, ordered a steamed seabass with chilli & lime. The taste quite refreshing as they used lots of lime, and the fish is quite tender.
The crispy kangkong came with a dipping sauce which quite delectable and savoury. The less favourite diah was the clear tom yam soup with chicken. The soup was thin & sour only, without any โkickโ factor.
All in all, it was a pleasant meal and only cost $23.50 for total bill. Happy tummy yet happy wallet!
Using the Burpple 1-for-1, you get 2 sets for the price of 1!!
Fresh and chunky seafood, with some standouts such as the Scallop and Fatty Tuna!!
Wouldn't mind going back but sadly, there's only 1 Burpple deal for the Kaidan sets:((
Light savoury. Fresh seafood. Sauce a bit little as the glass noodle didn't soak up much of it.

Do get the Moo Ping ($2/skewer) aka grilled pork skewers, a popular Thai street food. Thin slices of fatty pork tossed in a punchy marinade, it falls off easily with each bite
There was a time in life when I was in Singapore that I went all the way to Toa Payoh to get halal (& cheap!) Western food. Price didnโt disappoint, but flavour wise I thought it could be slightly better. I would want to come again to try out the beef dishes though, apparently they are good.
Nested in the heartlands of Toa Payoh is Uno Beef House, known for serving some quality STEAKs at pocket-friendly prices.โ

Somehow I feel like the size of their Sirloin Steak ($13) had shrunk over the years but the cut of beef used is still not bad! ๐๐ป Juicy with a nice chew but not overly tough to warrant a major jaw exercise. Not the most succulent but for the price point, this is pretty decent! ๐
.
Like the sweet-savoury black pepper sauce that lends so much flavours to the well-marinated meat! ๐๐๐ The sizzling hotplate did not affect the doneness of the meat while keeping the food warm, which is definitely a plus point! ๐๐ป
.
Also featuring a side of baked beans, garlic bread (which would be way better if they toasted it), a halved tomato, the homemade fried mash potato is clearly a winner! ๐ Just lightly battered & fried to the perfect crisp on the exterior while remaining moist & soft inside, the potato mash was well-seasoned & buttery! A tasty treat on its own! โค
.
Overall, their food standard is undoubtedly better than other western stalls u can find at coffeeshops/hawker centres! ๐๐ป Ribeye at $15 & tenderloin at $18, this is some value-for-money steak that I would return for. ๐
