3. Otah $1.20 per pc (Stall: First Grade Otah)

4. Bacon Pork Sausage $3.50 per stick/ 3 for $10.00 (Stall: Noi Noi Sausage)
🌎
5. Sour Plum Drink $0.50 per cup (Stall: 陈顺美)

Nicest of all was the sweet potato balls. Crispy on the outside, savory inside but price was too ex. Lobster Laksa was a disappointment. Lobster flesh was rubbery, overcooked. Gravy was thick, slight spicy but tasted more like curry than laksa. Egg & laksa leaves missing too! As for the Otah & sausage, they just tasted normal. Nothing to brag about. As for the drink, it's so diluted I can't taste any sour plum. Should have just gotten their grass jelly drink which they specializes in.
🌎
If there's time this weekend, I might pop by again to try other stalls. The 八度空间 卤肉饭 looked good.. The D'boss roasted duck had super long Q. There's Taiwan XL Crispy Chicken with cheese inside too! 🌎

How about Sourdough with Hummus or Peanut Butter Sriracha from Woodlands Sourdough? Both were equally good! From $3.00 per slice, there's other varieties to choose from.

Deadly Dutch $6.50: Rich, luxurious chocolate drink that make you go for MORE.. Cakes & croissants available too! Best when your croissant pairs with ice cream ❤️

Braised & Roasted ones were common, but deep fried ones? 😊 My first experience with it and love it! "Giam pang giam pang" 😋

My most loved item on the plate was intestines, especially 大肠头. My most fear when eating pork or innards was the pork gamey taste but those sold here very clean & yummy. Apart from that, I would also choose preserved vegetable (咸菜尾) for my sides to go with the kway. Nomnomnom 🤤

🎂Happy Birthday To Ivan again!
🍴🥂
Food here at Wine & Chef was decent, much of fusion between asian & western. I love their Curry Pork Knuckles with Acha pickles. Alcohol was the main lead here, lotsa wine. Probably after a few drinks, you won't know what you eating already.. Hahaha.. They have "wine" for kids too! Anyway, a great place for wine lovers.

🏋🏽‍♀️Lifting again! This Vietnamese BBQ pork with rice vermicelli was good! The lemony tossing sauce with pickles so yum! A very appetizing dish. Marinate for the pork was flavourful too! Other than Guan's noodles in this same foodcourt, this stall became my 2nd favourite.
🍜🥖
"Bahn My Pate" Pork Belly with Sour Cream Bahn mi was a must-try too. The bahn mi was nomzzzzz! It's the lead here and good on its own without the fillings, I felt.
