Comfort food in a rice bowl. Great service in a shop located in the heart of Taman Yulek Cheras, but finding a place in this small shop and the parking can always be a challenge. Pleasantly surprised with the menu as there's cocktail menu as well. Quick fix for lovely brunch. Pricewise is a bit too steep for me however.

A bit wary in posting review because I kinda don't want to share such a good place to avoid crowd swarming in (hehe). I fell in love with the place the moment I entered because of the welcoming and cosy ambience. The owner was friendly and recommended the tea based on my tea experience and preference. I would say a good place to go if you want a quiet weekend afternoon to spend with books, work or someone special. As a tea-speciality shop, there's limited food choice (dessert) so grab your lunch before you go!

Service was decent but there are limited choices for desserts and drinks. Didn't manage to try their main meals (mostly rice bowls) but for coffee they used beans from Artisan Roastery and matcha from Niko Neco. Felt that the hojicha latte I drank was a bit more milky than The Little People's while the Matcha Chiffon Cake wasn't really that impressive either. Price is average cafe option. Location wise can be difficult to get parking unless you don't mind walking, or take MRT.
