πŸ‘…πŸ’­: 😊 i liked the seasoning on the rice. The lady was really nice to change 2 scoops of white rice to a scoop of brown rice cause we were going for late exercise. Well, i wont be able yo finish 2 scoops of rice anyways πŸ˜… the salmon was savoury and well seasoned. Some bits were a little fishy, maybe those are the bits closer to the belly, overall still pretty good!

The concept of alakai is to have the food arranged neatly for people who doesn’t like their food mixed up. Plus, the potato-mac salad was really smooth.

πŸ‘…πŸ’­: πŸ˜‹ I forgot to ask uncle to make it less spicy. Luckily, it was not as spicy as it appears to be. The lava egg not very lava, still flavourful and acceptable. The noodles...QQ at lunch he right consistency 😊. The best was the soft ribs...the meat had form yet falls apart easily. Very well braised. Yummy.

Unfortunately, its too far to travel just for it from where i usually hang out. Good news is...they are apparently all over Singapore πŸ˜›

A generous serving of king crab!
I liked the combination of vinegar & sudachi lime...not your typical dip. The only downside with BBQ grab is that the flesh gets a little dry especially when its done with an opened shell.

My prawn was really fresh and doink...

πŸ‘…πŸ’­:😊 a little oily but that’s how eggplants tends to absorb the oil anyways. The serving was pretty big for omakaze...i liked the texture, not too mushy. At this point, im getting a little full (or maybe a little bored of finishing this dish)

Mayb the taste is lighter for this dish or i like the ravioli too much. The rilette has paled in comparison. The ducky game is a little strong...the marinated pear was a pleasant addition, adding a little sweetness.

Its creamy & salty yet not overly rich.
+ cheese shavings added texture to the dish
Definitely not as heavy as u would expect it to be (which is usually the downfall for a super cheesy dish)
