TR had a promo for $25 off a min $50 order before tax, and so my friend and I sought the best deal possible. We settled for a full rack of ribs and half an onion loaf which cost us 17$ each after everything.
After the loss of many cafe cartels in Singapore it has been difficult to find good affordable ribs, and well...this is one occasion to get that from Tony's
At over 70$ this is not a dish you'd have for a casual Friday night out. At the same time, it doesn't really inspire when it comes to the actual dish. A little unfortunate the the lobster doesn't really go well on this particular paella and perhaps the usual seafood paella would be a tastier choice.
This humongous platter of Nasi Ambeng was the highlight for me on #BurppleTastemaker Julius' #TastyTastemakerTour.
This is a platter that will draw stares of envy when it arrives and more stares when you savour every last bit of it. It contains the best of what ENAK has to offer: awesome wings, sotong, rendang, and those eggplants 😋.
For $22.50 only, this is something really hearty to share with friends or family. If you can't handle the pressure from eating such a huge serving, the shop does offer smaller portions to satisfy your craves. 😂
The variety of flavours you can get here are amazing! From honey butter to soy garlic, you will definitely be impressed by the sauces. Be prepared to wait a while for your food if you are here at the peak meal hours. You may be tempted to buy some sides but and if so, skip the mac n cheese and go for some deokbokki
Coming here is always a treat. 😋

Tucked away near the gongcha and Watsons in the underground market place of the central, this little restaurant boasts a wide menu of kimbap and a variety of korean staples. This is my favourite item out of the lot and really packs a spice. Customers may ask for a less spicy version or offer what they cannot consume to their friends who enjoy spicy food.
If you don't have a car, the walk from the mrt may turn you off. But once you do get here, this is probably a must try. The chunks of fish are well cut and customers can choose to sit at the bar or share a table with friends. Other notable menu items include a ramen version of this dish which is only available during lunch.
Not to be confused with all the red coloured korean food out there! Soft tofu stew is just as spicy as it looks but without the deep savoury sourness that would otherwise come along in a kimchi stew. Authentic restaurants like this one use the right kind of tofu which really adds to the whole texture of the soup.
All in Crab Ramen! Uses the right amount of seasoning and does not repeat itself on your taste buds unlike the lobster version of this.
Not overly spicy with just the right amount of vinegar. Made by authentic chefs from china. Beware of the queue though as you may have to wait up to 15minutes for your food to be ready!
Does this really need a description? Just try not to get hooked onto eating this calorific wonder. If you need more kick from the chilli, the stall provides a whole pot for self-service.
