The wait for this is long but like they say good things come to those who wait! Thoroughly enjoyed this. Though the pork could be slightly more tender but wow, boy I was impressed with the crispy roasted garlic flakes that added a lovely crunch to the soft bits of pork fats. Don't think I need to say anything more of that glorious sunny side up egg sitting on top.
Haven't had this #ShiokMaki for really long - didn't exactly fancy it so much the first time - & now I'm back and sorta loving it.
