Flavorful pork filling with dots of chives. I've never eaten fuwatoro before but I like it π The outer part of the egg is a bit dry but inside is very fluffy and soft. I don't know if it's just because I was craving for something warm due to the flu, but I find it nicely paired with the plump rice and warm sauce π

The hot flavorful soup is just perfect for warming yourself up in rainy days. Love everything in the bowl, from chewy noodles, cruchy vegs, minced pork for added flavor, 2 really big prawns (I gave up deshelling, I mean how can you do it with chopstick? π₯), to the crispy salted anchovies. Hmm π

I'm not a fan of smoked beef, ham, fish or anything, but this smoked duck is an exception. The meat has a pretty pink color, very delicious smokey flavor, and a nice texture that is not rubbery or tough π

I like the contrast of texture between the moist cake, luscious cream cheese, and surprise bites of chunky nut π Not heavily spiced but still have nice cinnamon flavor. So good.
