Rich, smooth and decadent, this is definitely one of my top picks for chocolate tarts in Singapore. Loved that the earl grey is strong enough and not overwhelmed by the intensity of the dark chocolate. The tart shell is not too thick, but was a good and firm shortcrust pastry. The candied nuts on top provided nice texture and additional sweetness to the tart. Great paired with vanilla ice cream or on its own :-)
After a 45minute long wait on a sunday morning, this brunch dish lived up to its description. Portions were good and hearty, with the free ranged poached eggs well executed. The pan fried halloumi cheese provided a nice salty addition to the dish. A good option for a relatively clean meal. Overall, worth the price but not so much the wait! Would order the other dishes here in future!
Simply wrapps allows a choice of either a salad or a wrap, with a basic lettuce base which can be switched to spinach leaves with additional charges. They are highly generous with the toppings that our wrap was exploding and had to be eaten with a knife and fork. Some of my favourite toppings include pumpkin and beetroot :-) honey mustard is my favourite dressing, but the caesar is great too! The wraps are pressed at the end allowing them to be hot & crispy :-) guaranteed to fill you up!
Priced < $10, this basket of truffle fries are one of the best deals around! The shoestring fries were fresh, with a discernible waft of truffle oil that paired well with the parmesan shavings on top. Would highly recommend ordering this!
My siblings and i loved this inventive dish topped with nori flakes. The cauliflowers were hot, crisp, and not too oily. Great when paired with the spiced yogurt dip. Highly addictive!
