medium size, $8.50

The texture is unlike your usual icy acai but I enjoyed it nonetheless. It's quite pricey imo. I wanted to try matcha/hojicha flavours but they were not avail on the day that I went. Hope they have more sauces like almond butter because there's only peanut butter or dark chocolate sauce for me to choose from.

I will come back to try the other flavours.

We popped by after lunch, and we were surprised by the crowd that seemed to be working on their computers (Work from Cafe?)

The food menu was very limited, they only served scones. I had goguma latte, which is also known as sweet potato latte (the yellow drink in pic). There were chunky potato bits which I knew that the drink was freshly made, however the drink quickly became gelat. I would not suggest getting this.

Overall the ambience and interior is fantastic, but more can be done to improve the menu.

It was delicious, the noodles were flavorful and had just the right amount of wetness that leaves craving for another mouthful. Yes to wet hokkien mee! It was well-seasoned and not overly salty as some hokkien mee out there, but I wished they had more pieces of sotong and had a slightly bigger plate so I dont have to feel that my noodles were escaping onto the table.

Do come before or after the lunch crowd as I waited for 20 min before this plate arrived.

Ordered the $5.80 for for mixed pork ribs and prawn mee. The queue is insanely long when I was there during the lunch crowd but it's worth a try! The ngoh hiang stall next door is good too as it doesnt come with an oily aftertaste!

Went there for breakfast with friends and got myself a Portobello Mushroom with Eggs Benedict($13) The food was pretty good and filling! Also got their famous 3D art iced latte! The service was excellent & I would visit again!

Lobster Broth Ramen Special ($19.90++)
In clear broth with all toppings, which includes lobster balls, wantons, and chicken cha Siew.
Available at @Ramen_Keisuke in @ClarkeQuaySG
The chicken cha siew tasted like soaked in sake.
Help yourself to the free flow marinated bean sprouts and hard boiled eggs. The marinated bean sprouts tasted peppery here.
I saw bag boxes around but not given to customers to use.

I can't get enough of the sukiyaki style ramen by Buta God. It's so different from the usual ramen, but no less satisfying. The broth is rich and sweet, just like sukiyaki except with more depth. Comes with a really generous portion of tender flavourful sukiyaki beef, which goes so well with the dried chili powder. This is gyu don in noodle form ;)

Another hidden gem in the east. So we were cafe hopping today and this was the first on the list. Hidden in the trenches of opera estate was Plank; a new venture for Baker and cook.
When I saw sourdough pizza base, my eyes lit up. Sourdough anything is delicious when done well. The Sourdough was everything I could ask for in a pizza base. Crisp on the outside, fluffy and chewy to the last bite. The edges of the pizza go very well with the olive and chili oils provided.
The ingredients were aplenty. Smoked salmon with every bite. Fresh shrimp, rocket, feta cheese on a scrumptious tomato base. Truly an impressive Italian experience.

21' is not just for tvs, it can be for pizzas too! and at mere $50, this as big as your tv pizza feeds a party of 4 - 6. why settle for one flavor when you can have best of both worlds - half Pancetta (Pork) Cured bacon, sliced tomatoes & egg and half Prosciutto Crudo di Parma (Pork) Parma ham & rocket salad. cause mutated pizzas, i think xmen dines here too. lol

This slow braised sweet and spicy pork shoulder tacos is our ultimate favorite of the night! Served with cilantro, chopped onions and vatos hot sauce, be sure to get a mouthful of wholesomeness. The meat was tender, juicy and very well marinated. It packs a punch of strong flavors just like how I think Mexican food should be like. The cilantro would then nicely add a nice refreshing touch to it. So happy to have tried this!

An excellent piece of cod by the people over at P.S Cafe, fresh and done just right. Topped off with a grilled aubergine, roasted pumpkin and a soba salad on the side. What I love most about this place though, is the ambience that made my dining experience an absolute pleasure

I've been a huge fan of Baker & Cook and the opening of new outlets mean I have more choices of cafes to work from. Heard about Plank pizza and Baker & Cook at Swan Lake Avenue when they first opened, but being in the East it's a little inaccessible to me since I stay in the North and work in the West which usually leads me to visit the Chip Bee B&C.
However, the other day I hauled my ass to Bedok just to try this pizza and it didn't disappoint one bit. Although Lil Wayne (yes that's what the nice crew member is named there) mentioned that the Gluten-free pizza base is not as chewy and the dough can't be pulled as large as the normal sourdough pizza, it was still crisp, tasted great and it was still a generous portion for sharing. We had the Christmas/Weekly special with lots of toppings including turkey ham, parma ham, vine ripened tomatoes, seasonal fruits, cranberry sauce, pomegranate, rocket, mozarella cheese and parmigiana cheese. All the elements tasted great together making this the best pizza I've had in ages!
