Shaky hands because your partner is chanting "DIE bitch" as he rakes his knife viciously through the yolk on your {Croque Madame} #toomuchdrama 😂 On a side note, @PatisserieG does a pretty spiffy version of the sandwich with a solid bechamel and Emmanuel cheese filling zenged with gypsy forest ham and an orange-tinged organic egg draped over the top.
