That lush coat of coconut flakes on the {Mango Coconut Cake} at @plentyfullsg beckoning out to us. Suitably infused with alcohol, the sponge remained moist and didn't carry the usual heft of a Southern-inspired cake. Good for afternoon treats without the guilt factor that results from wolfing down an entire slice of Cedele's carrot cake (for example) 😊

Lunch be looking like this 🍔🍔🍔 || @MaggieJoansSingapore rolls out a new lunch menu which includes this {Fried Chicken Sandwich} with Harissa slaw and slices of pecorino cheese in between homemade buns Prepared using Poulet jaune des Landes (French yellow chicken}, the result is succinctly tender and moist with a solid crumb, softened ever so slightly by the wet slaw atop.

Corned beef meets roasted potatoes, preserved Turnip (Chai po) and chilli jam in a smack down of flavors that go down perfectly well with your latte or #alcoholic ::Yuan Yang:: cocktail. *clink clink*
