Golden crisp on the outside and soft in the inside. The taste of the yam and pumpkin were noticed but I still find it bland. If there was some Chinese sausage or Chinese preserved belly into the cake mixture. It's flavors will be multiply by the lard.

Apricots & foie gras with pistachio topping

Coffee was good but it's a little bitter for my liking. Thanks to the #entertainerapp, we're entitled to 1-for-1 mains. Breakfast champion ($25) which I find it a rip-off. Brooklyn egg Benedict ($19) on the other hand was really good. With the home made Hollandaise sauce 👍
