The ingredients are generous and the broth is creamy and rich in the seafood taste. It reminded me of lobster bisque and the combination with the seafood is simply tasty 😻

Unique flavour with a light matcha taste while the soba was less distinct. I was expecting to taste the real soba noodles, but it wasn't that strong 😹. So many green food in Singapore, are you turning green yet? 💚
