Usually the queue is long, and waiting time can range from 20mins to 45mins. My first time savouring this dish because the queue is surprisingly short, queued for about 10mins!

Priced at $6 per bowl (small), 我可以隐隐约约尝到 Truffle Oil 的 香味. The noodles never 粘在一起，也没有 ghee 的味道, 👍🏻👍🏻!

Was looking at the standee menu and decided to order the Black Sauce one (Regular size, priced at $3.50). Honestly speaking, i cant differentiate the difference between the Pontian style and this Thai style noodle. Hmm..
I always prefer to go for herbal bak kut teh, and have quite an expectation for good ones. Tried a few versions in SG but they have yet to satisfy me. Until recently when I went to Sentosa, walked in to MYS, ordered the BKT (Priced at $9 for their special), took a sip, did I realised that I have found what I wanted. Having the soup alone is not enough to satify me. Went ahead to order claypot chicken rice (standard, priced at $9) as well. The combination? Perfect!
Ginseng chicken soup (half chicken) + rice, comfort food to have during rainy or chilly weather. Soup is served in hot stone bowl (石锅碗), was still bubbling when it was brought to me. A little disappointed, because the soup lacks of the ginseng taste that it should have. Priced at $12nett, without service charge and GST. Located at AXA Tower, B1-20, nearest MRT Tanjong Pagar station. A policy that the restaurant has is that all diners in your group got to be present before you are brought to your seats.
Having #TheFishballStory for breakfast is simply a wonderful idea!! Especially when you are eating in an environment that's so funky and yo-yo-yo!! It's worth travelling from Serangoon to one-north (#timbreplus) to have this simple and yet delicious fare. 👍🏻👍🏻 Seems like they do have some brisk "fishy" business! 🍜🍜☕️☕️🍴🍴
As the name goes, this place is all about garlic. Madness! We ordered Garlicpeno Pasta (less spicy, $18.50), Garlic Snowing Pizza (asked for more fried sliced garlic, $22.50) and Garlic Steak (medium well, $37.50). All in all, we are mad for garlic!!
A recommendation by a colleague to have lunch there. Soft ambience. Nice service from the crew. Seafood Olio priced at 14.90 (before GST). I upgraded to set (with soup of the day and lemonade) for $2.50.
We went in at 9.40pm, after our fun at USS after the Santa Run 2015. Luckily, their last order is at 10pm. We ordered 小菜，小笼包，时菜芥兰，面汤，虾仁蛋炒饭，元盅鸡汤 and 鳕鱼… All for the price of $115, inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% GST. I understand from the crew that if you are a UOB Credit Card holder and spend at least $110 (before taxes and service charges), you will get a box of cookies for free. Not sure when this promotion will end though.
Who says a non-vegan cannot enjoy her fine dining experience in a vegetarian restaurant? The vegetarian food served is not about flour and glutten! They simply go meatless, and did some fusion to give the dishes a total new flavour. elemen serves set course meal (you can choose either 5 or 8 course), and the price is really reasonable. I would definitely recommend my vegan friends to give elemen a try! Absolutely worth it!
The grilled chicken is topped with savoury mushroom sauce, perfect to have it with their butter rice. However, the lobster bisque soup is a little disappointing, not as flavour-ful compared to the previous time I had it. Grilled chicken priced at $13.20 and lobster bisque priced at $6.20 (both before GST and service charge). With UOB card, you can get 10% off your bill, but I am not sure when the promotion (if there is) ends.
We selected Butterscotch and Pistachio flavoured ice cream to go along with the nicely done waffles! Yumms!
