Quietly hidden on the second floor of the shophouses in Holland Village, Mu Parlour gives off a New York loft vibe with its bright yet modern furnishing complimented with homely breakfast food and tea. Great place for people watching too!
Reputed to be the home of the first salted egg croissants in Singapore, Flavour Flings is a halal-cafe that serves a good variety of all-day breakfast and other dishes with "eggs" as their common centrepiece. Boyfie tried the Machamps Breakfast, I had the regular Eggs Benedict and we shared their signature Salted Egg Fries. The food did not disappoint and made the dining experience really pleasant amidst the simple and cosy decor and ambience.
If you're looking for a place to get authentic and tasty all-you-can eat Peranakan fare, this is the place for you. For just below S$20 (before tax and service charge), this homey establishment serves up a whole variety of classic Nonya delights such as beef rendang, buah keluak, curry chicken, chap chye alongside DIY food stations for laksa & kueh pie tee just to name a couple.. and the food never disappoints!
Miam Miam is a casual French-Japanese cafe which offers delectable fusion food at really affordable prices. Each dish is planned and prepared with perfection such as their signature Miam Miam Spaghetti which combines simple ingredients like egg, bacon, mushroom and frankfurters with an exquisite shoyu-broth to give you a taste like no other.
Aptly named the Hangover Cure, this dish is a perfect combination of everyone's favourite breakfast comfort food such as poached eggs, sausages and bacon. But if you're looking for a fun twist to some of your breakfast food, like Yuzu hollandaise sauce or Beetroot yogurt, this is the place you should check out.
When it comes to healthy eating, Munch is always my number 1 choice with its extensive salad bar with so many options and its range in menu offerings with rotisserie and sandwich choices too. Fresh ingredients, wide variety and most importantly, extremely tasty.
It was a pleasant surprise finding a breakfast spot at the Arab Street district which is famous for Mediterranean food and shisha. Cafe in the day and cocktail bar at night, this is a place you should definitely check out when in the area!
This cafe definitely hit the spot to my tastebuds' happiness with their wide selection of food and dessert choices at affordable prices. Be it their salad, pasta or main, we enjoyed our meals tremendously in their cosy casual setting. Not to mention, they’re also extremely dog-friendly! Plus points!!
Despite being located in one of the busiest districts in Singapore, Prive @ CHIJMES manages to retain the same laid-back vibes amidst the beautiful CHIJMES building and lush greenery in the courtyard. A place that never fails to deliver with its award-winning all-day breakfast menu selections alongside their regular menu of pizzas, pastas and mains. Generous portions and quality food as always :)
Deep-fried crispy Tonkatsu infused with creamy hot cheese - what's there not to love? An absolutely delicious combination served with free-flow rice, soup and lettuce 😍
Tonkichi is not your typical Japanese restaurant, specialising in Tonkatsu (deep-fried pork cutlets), which are crispy but not too oily and served with free-flow rice, soup and lettuce!
This place boasts that their food is top-notch quality, and rightfully so! Here is their super delicious and hearty Fry-Up with Eggs, Shrooms, Baked Beans, Sausage and their very own Home-Cured Bacon! This was taken off their weekend brunch menu but be sure to check out their other “regular food” during other days/meal-times!
