Tenderfresh, the homegrown western hawker from humble beginnings. Now with many outlets in shopping malls.

I personally love laksa and luckily this didn't disappoint.

Pasta was well prepared, al dente. Multiple spices used in this dish to create this very rich, thick, savoury sauce. A significant amount of dried shirmp used.

And of course with the Onion Blossom at the side.

One of my go to place for good, consistent, local style western food.

Its like a scotch egg deep fried into a katsu. But with precuse temperature control to keep the yolk in the centre gooey.

The meat on the outside is slightly pepperish and sadly bland. Until you crack open the whole egg and let the yolk flow into the meat.

Imakatsu is still my favourite Tonkatsu place, compared to places like Saboten and Tonkatsu Ma Maison.

A little savoury, salty.

Taste: Smokey definitely. Charred and sea salt. Sweetness from fruits remain.

Finish: Medium finish, with the lingering taste of dark chocolate and creamy vanilla.

Easy to drink, refreshing Bowmore. Above the average!

I order this all the time at Fish & Co. For its variety. You get Corn Chips, Fried Calamari, Fish Bites, Prawn Fritters.

Very good calamari definitely, fishcake-like. Well seasoned batter, peppery, salty.

Didn't look appetising when it was served. But it tastes way better than it looks. The pork chop, tender and moist throughout.

Stew like beans and carrots on the pork chops, making the whole dish well balanced.

Pretty pricy at $22. But for a dish you can't find elsewhere? Worth.
