The rib is sweet. Not cooked with the balado chili, which was added later after it's cooked. The chili seasoning not absorbed into the ribs.
The noodle was changed to spagetti. The squid was "changed" to paprika. There were more paprika than squid.
My standard Manadonese food fix. Usually it's ikan Tude but they're out. Exchanged with ikan Cakalang. Completed with Sayur Bunga Pepaya (papaya flower), Rica-Rica (red chilli), Dabu-Dabu (pickled cucumber & green tomato) and Perkedel Jagung (corn fritters.) Plus steamed rice.

My favorite so far in (South) Jakarta is from RM Akoen. Haven't explore much of other noodle culinary spots.
The price goes up the last time I ate here. But the portion (of dine in) is also bigger. The seafood pieces are also noticably bigger chunk and many.
Gulai Gajeboh. Authentic Payakumbuh (a town in West Sumatera). Gajeboh is maybe similar to sirloin? This is how gajeboh supposed to be.
