Haji Lane, surrounded with various cafes, mediterranean arabic shisha restaurants, different street names every 360 degree and a prominent historic landmark. My bestfriend and I set to hunt for the cafe along Bussorah Street, Ogopogo! A humble cafe with a vintage setting, it serves desserts from Spatula Bakery. Cosy ambience with a friendly owner, my experience there was great. The cupcakes were good. Not fantastic but worth it!

Finally tried the highly raved waffles. Gotta say it's prettyyyy good. Loveeee the Salted Caramel ice cream. Just that they couldve given a larger scoop with more maple syrup HAHA. Although it was crowded, managed to get a seat within 15 mins, thank goodness! Reasonable price, warm cosy ambience, friendly staff, happy tummy! Yay!

Amongst the other Indonesian restaurants located at Lucky Plaza, this is the only one i'd dine in. Ayam Penyet Ria is honestly so overated. I loveloveloveeeee the Ikan Tanpa Tulang (i forgot the dish name, sorry!) here. The kangkung tastes great too! Best is, it's not crowded like Ayam Penyet Ria. So i can have a hearty enjoyable meal. Yay!

First thing you would notice is the super long queue in the wee hours, hungry neighbours waiting in line for the steaming hot Nasi Lemak. Not much of a hoo haa cause the nasi lemak taste ordinary to me. Just that it's served hot. My mum's Nasi Lemak and her sambal tastes wayyyyyy better, trust me. This stall is kinda overated i guess. The bagedel (potato patties) is nice though. One thing you gotta try there is the Teh Tarik! Just right beside. One of the best Teh Tarik i've tasted! Hot, not too sweet, foamy and milky brown. Purrfeccttt!

Located at the entrance of the park, one can stroll after a heavy meal here. Food is fairly good, nothing fantastic. No harm trying though since it isn't that bad (:
