Favourite Korean chicken will be from @_qtpots (follow them on Instagram!). Since I donโ€™t eat spicy food, I asked for the spicy level to be customised to my level ๐Ÿ˜… so good!

Came back to Ichiban Boshi after so many years, ended up with a bowl of tempura prawn and rice. They somehow customised the dish to fit the Malaysian taste bud and added bits of chilli together - it was the spiciest ebidon I have ever had. I canโ€™t eat spicy food too, so there. Despite that, I liked the spicy kick. The tempura prawn was crispy. The rice was just nice to go with prawns.. I was satisfied.

Finally tried Birch after so long! Dinner menu was pretty limited - I ended up with salmon, my favourite. I was confused if it was jam packed with salmon or just tomatoes at first. After a while I think the tacos were already a little soggy and bits of salmon were dropping from the tacos. Not the best option if youโ€™re going for ladylike ๐Ÿ˜œ

I rejoiced at the thought of being able to eat halal Korean food and I was not disappointed at all. Although this place was a little far to get from the Anguk station (Exit 1), I think it was worth the walk (we walked through the famous alley in a lot of Korean dramas!). The food definitely made up for the long walk. The owner was also friendly. He is a Korean Muslim. Must visit. Must return. I myself returned twice on the same trip.

For 10 sticks of Australian lamb skewers, I thought this was worth it. If only I went here more than once. It was a good restaurant, really. I also had the kimchi jjigae, and paired with a bowl of rice, I was in a good mood after. It would be a waste not to go crazy on the lamb barbecue but knowing that I wouldnโ€™t be able to finish it, I opted for something less. I was right, I was full after this meal. Full and definitely happy. Definitely making a trip back here on my next trip to Seoul.

Dongmoon - the restaurant for Asians in the middle of Nami Island. It had everything Asian from rice all the way to their noodles. On to the taste, I have tasted better beef noodle soups in the past and this was just meh to me. It wasnโ€™t as spicy as it looks and although it filled me up fast, I didnโ€™t quite enjoy it. Would I order this again in the future? Most likely no.

Ended up in a mall on a rainy day and there was no sight of a halal place to eat except this restaurant. It was full with Koreans tbh, but glad we managed to score a seat - there was a line right after we sat down, talk about lucky! I shared the couple set menu with my sister and boy, we were full! It had chicken and lamb and beef, and fries and soup and drinks.. definitely worth the Won spent. The only Turkish restaurant I have ever been to but definitely one of the best restaurants in general I have ever been to in the world.

I had to cure my iced cherry blossom latte cravings and since I couldnโ€™t find them in Starbucks, I opted for a cheaper version - Ediya! I love Ediya, itโ€™s my favourite coffee shop in Seoul. However, I thought Ediyaโ€™s version was a bit too sweet for my liking. That, and Starbucksโ€™ version wasnโ€™t pink.

My first ever bibimbap in Seoul. I remember it wasnโ€™t as tasty as the one I had from Qtpots back in Malaysia (follow them on Instagram!) but I was hungry so I had no choice. If possible, I donโ€™t really want to go back to this restaurant. It is expensive and the food is less than mediocre.

I love chicken chop in general. I love black pepper. I love black pepper chicken chop, even more so when itโ€™s sizzling ๐Ÿ˜‹ it was satisfying, the portion was just nice for me. I have repeated this order a few times already, I absolutely love it.

Such a simple dish - pasta, chicken, egg - yet so satisfying. I love that kind of eggs where you just break them and they become their own sauce. Itโ€™s basically everything I love into one.

I was craving for pasta so ultimately I had to order this. I am generally an okay eater, but I thought I was still a little hungry after this bowl of pasta. It was nice, but the portion was just a little too small for me.
