Biang Biang Noodles (3 in 1) You probably be attracted by their Chinese name, as it contains of many strokes of characters in just one Chinese word; which you can’t even find it in on modern dictionaries. Biang Biang Noodle is the type of Chinese noodle originating from Shanxi cuisine for it thick texture and the length of the noodle. The 3 in 1 comes with tomato omelette, vegetable and meat in one bowl. So you get to mix them together with the noodle and enjoy. Biang Biang Noodles🍜 Went to Telok Ayer recently to try the Biang Biang noodles😋 This is the 3 in 1 bowl which consists of Tomato Egg, Pork Cubes and Sliced Cucumber ($8.50)😍 I would say that the noodles are quite chewy and is quite similar to banmian consistency, but wayyyy thicker😅 It's abit hard to grab a hold of it while eating but there is the umian option as well😇 Overall ratings for this would be an 8/10, because its quite yummy and the price point is quite affordable! Just need to take note of the CBD lunch crowd😅

Lunch Set This was part of their 3 course lunch set where we opted for the truffle mushroom soup as the appetizer and ribeye steak and barramundi fish for the mains. we ended with the burnt cheesecake and honeycomb ice cream as desserts. the barramundi fish was delightful. skin was crispy, the fish was so smooth and i enjoyed it with the mashed potatoes. the sauce was on the saltier side. the steak was served with thyme butter and thick cut fries

Crème Brûlée ($16) a good end to a lovely meal. the crème brûlée was super soft and eggy. i love it!!! the sugar was also caramelised nicely

Mac and Cheese ($22) the main reason why i decided to visit bedrock was for their mac and cheese. the macaroni was not the typical curved shaped kind, but rather it’s the skinner and longer type. cheese was nicely burnt to give a nice crust and was not too salty as well

affordable and good mala ($2.28/100g) Not even kidding the mala tang here is on par w my fav YGF but CHEAPER🤧🤩💞

brown sugar rice cake ($4.80) Don’t forget this dessert😋😋 It’s crispy yet chewy and extremely addictive when coated in the thick sweet sauce!

Yummy Soontofu What a surprisingly tasty lunch at SBCD! Heard so much about it and finally got to experience their Soontofu soups. We did pork soontofu and dumplings soontofu. All good 👍. The Galbi was tender n well marinated too. Will definitely come back!

Truffle Shabu Beef pizza with Matcha Crust One of their interesting pizza selection - Truffle Shabu Beef pizza with Matcha Crust. Although the truffle wasn't evident, the Angus beef was properly seasoned. You won't be able to taste any matcha from the crust, but their pizzas were generally still lightly crisp at the edges!

Wasabi pie Wasabi was evident, but it was not "qiang", meaning you wouldn't get much nose burning sensation from this 🤭.

june or september? finally tried the og after trying the newer june franchise last year, and i can undoubtedly say... june is SO much better !!!! 🌟🌟 i feel like the black sesame latte just didn't hit as hard here or taste as creamy/yummy for some reason but the malibu refresher was not bad la the aburi scallop udon was q yums too! the udon was cooked well with a few pieces being a little more Q than others but textural differences i guess <333 i enjoyed it 💗 they were also v generous w the tobiko & ebiko so !!!! yay the beef ragu was also super generous w the beef but unfortunately the pasta texture & flavour kind of fell short for me ☹️ i found it q boring & soggy total bill was q steep - $73ish for these items but ok! relatively enjoyable sundate still 💛

Iced Sesame Latte ($7++) Decided to try something new. You would have to mix really well otherwise the sediment would be left at the bottom. I expected a sweet drink but it turn out savoury. The sesame was very fragrant. I think the salty drink doesnt blend very well with other dishes so would recommend to try it on its own.

Crab Linguine ($20++) The portion was kinda small. It wasn't spicy at all but very buttery. They were also quite generous with the crab. Overall, it is a nice plate of pasta but nothing interesting.
