Crazy thing a non macaron person would do *most are too sweet!! * ..just becoz it is too cute to resist . This has to be one of the nicest macaron I have tried ( I haven't eaten a lot ..reason see above ) so yeah it's peach and it is a whale ! #plsdontaskhowmuch bye for now !
It is cooked in a salt and herbal stock and rested to fully absorb the flavours before it is eaten by us with Joyden's homemade ginger puree ! Served at room temperature, the meat is tender n we love it with the ginger :) I need to go back hillv2 soon !!

The marriage of taste, texture and its ingredients used is perfect ( to me ) Yuzu, nori oil and avocados were used as well as very nicely sliced cauliflower ..those snowflake like thingy r cauliflowers ππβ€οΈ

Yes I have no appetite..bought this salmon fillet yesterday . Pan seared with lemon wedges in its own salmon oil with #happycallpan . Black pepper and dill as seasoning . Needed a hot drink so there's my hot honey lemon with hello kitty spoon in my #muji enamel cup . TGIF ! Need some snooze .. Later pple !
Totally love the crispy and not oily buttermilk chicken on the top right and the veggie Mac & cheese is just so comforting ! Adding of the broccoli is nice but I don't like the raw spinach #tooraw . We love the beef goulash! Tasty and light with some pieces of beef and veg. What we didn't enjoy was the season's poutine ( fries ) with cheese and homemade gravy . The gravy made the fries soggy and was way too salty. π£ . Overall it was an enjoyable dinner :)

Don't worry about the meat being fatty for its fat is stored around the muscle tissue so the meat has a nice marble to them ! I have paired with it with the not too overly thick curry sauce :) if only you can smell it now !
