LOOK at those large chunks of sashimi! Dont say I never say.
I gobbled up everything including the sauce, leaving a clean plate behind.
I am not a fan of tarts until I tried this. The sweetness is just nice and the white peach doesnt taste v off.
Tried the signature mont blanc and hot chocolate but found them not to my liking. Mont blanc is a little too sticky and sweet and hot chocolate tastes like melted chocolate. Many of the dishes were not available then but paris new-york dessert tastes not bad! 😁
Who says bibimbap has to be colourful? This one doesnt and it tastes surpringly good! #taytamjiak
Looks good. Taste good. What's more to ask.
[South Bridge Road] Our final stop during our recent hawkerhopping x hawkerpedia food trail brings us to the iconic diamond-shaped egg tarts shop, Tong Heng. If you are an egg tart lover, you definitely have to try one of these. The thin and flaky crust with the silky smooth and luscious egg filling is just amazing. Priced at $1.60 per piece, it can be quite costly but what you get is a piece of history, a legend in Singapore's food industry. They have two variations, the original and another with coconut strips. Personally, I am torn between both and would usually go with my mood whenever I am there. They do sell other traditional pastries and Chinese desserts but every customer has to get at least one of their egg tarts to even say that they have been to Tong Heng. Next time you are in the Chinatown area, do pop by and know why I highly recommend these egg tarts.
It looks good tastes good, just a little small for my cravings! Teehee!
One of my favorites dish. It is simply delicious and insta-worthy.
Lobster roll is not bad. No chips but fries though.. If I visit again, I think I will try the crustacean bowl next time! It looks super good and that one spoonful my friend gave is bombastic! A flavourful mix of lobster and uni creme!
Tofu cheesecake dressed in a very dainty looking cage. Cheesecake was light and not too sweet with a salty biscuit base. Worth a try!
This is the Japanese version of claypot rice, only healthier. Please read all about it at http://www.xiaoyangmeimei.blogspot.sg
