If you ever need a G+T looking so innocent on a bar counter top, you know where to find it. As with most things Japanese, @suntory_rokugin exudes sensible subtleties and complements the rest of the table.

Back at @seconddrafthk after a year and they have 3 casks on the menu and the best fries in any taproom. Summer of 1842 is a wonderful cask-conditioned IPA, and so appropriate coming from the brewery prior to this.

That first IIPA led me to spend all my remaining cash on a couple more bottles. Yesterday, I was reminiscing about that moment when I walked through their new brewery. Thank you @kingsonkok for taking the time to meet me and for bringing me around the space 😍 Thanks @sylvestertf for hooking me up! The next time I come back, I’ll be sure to buy luggage space as well.

Needless to say, the craving for Hong Kong craft superseded the need for sleep. @gweilobeer IPA and @heroesbeerco Si L Dan were the choice draughts. That was all we could afford until the Z-monsters caught up to us. We will be back for the chicken.

Don’t you love the visual? An ode to bath gins and perhaps more visually symbolic of where dreams are made. The concoction is no less tasty as its visual 🙃.

It’s a pilgrimage for the craft beer enthusiast. Props to the guy who directed me to another spot to buy beer. This Mikkeller is an awesome place to hang for an afternoon.

Bière De Cabaret was on tap at @mikkellerbaghaven . Most have had it in bottles, I got the draft 😎.

What makes this more awesome than the others? That combination of their own gin and the paired vermouth, and that deft stirring. I was floored at the first sip. Thank you @himkok.oslo , Maros for the really, really awesome hospitality; thank you @adamghalleb for showing us around and answering our inane questions, this is still top on our Scandinavian adventure!

Here at the celebrated Milkkeller & Friends. This is @cerebralbrewing Rare Trait NEIPA; smooth, hopped and full of aromas. Last keg from the festival last week. Can’t believe I am here.

@himkok.oslo is housed in a Norwegian conservation building with its exterior remaining as it is. It is amazing how they have worked the interior to include amongst other things, a food area and a distillery. I’ll bring you more of this amazing space and their awesome hospitality; but first, to nurse that massive but wonderful hangover because @himkok.oslo . Thanks guys! You rock!
