Ohayo Mama San 3.5⭐ Walked passed Ohayo Mama San several times and didnt know that they served high tea until I read it on Burpple. There are only 6 items served though and a choice of tea to be share among 2 pax. We chose milk oolong tea and also requested to change the wagyu slider to avocado slider. Afternoon Tea Set ($26++) The original price was $15/pax so the burpple beyond deal was not worth it. We changed the wagyu slider to avo slider. The slider had a truffle smell, pretty good. The strawberry mochi has ice cream inside so eat asap. The choco tart was crispy and had a nice caramelised smell. Best was the crabstick tacos.

High tea set Tried the high tea set and it was good!! I went there after my brunch and the portion was just nice for me. If I would to choose the Kani tacos will be the highlight for the set.

Smoked Salmon Cheese (closed sandwich - $8) my friend search for cheap eats w/o gst and svr chg and it's found at far east plaza level 1. I felt that cream cheese was quite too much for me but the bagel was half soft and hard texture. overall its just hit on budget meal if you want bagel, pancake and other cafe cravings.

FAVORITE BRUNCH PLACE The drinks are not too bad as well, the banana latte is quite interesting with clunks of fresh banana 🍌 inside which somehow works?! and coconut americano ☕️ for $5 is a big cup ✨☺️please stay forever! finally found a good value and quality without too much frills (well balanced) brunch cafe to frequent 😌💓

Soufflé! Another is their soufflé pancakes without being too fancy but still good flavor options and most importantly despite the crowd, it is still done FLUFFY GOOD💯!

Braised pork rice ($5.80) braised pork rice was pretty okay. some of the meat wasn’t that tender and a substantial amount of chewing was involved. but the portion was really worth for 1-1 i don’t really fancy the chicken cutlet, i felt like there was a layer of fats?? and the seasoning could be improved. the cutlet was sprinkled with some chilli power so it kinda lacked the saltiness of it.

Chicken cutlet rice bento Chicken is tender and flavorful. Generous sprinkle of chili powder on a bed of soya soaked white rice. Warm meal for a cold morning.

Good Honest Thai Food The stir fried seafood vermicelli at Saveur Thai is da bomb. Bursting with wok hei, the dish is loaded with fresh seafood such as deveined prawns, squid, mussels, onions, tomatoes, chives and egg. The hot plate beef is value for money too with plentiful slices of rather tender beef. The dish also comes with red and green peppers (antioxidants alert!), onions and cashew nuts in a tomatoey gravy. Saveur Thai is definitely my go-to place for good honest Thai fare!

Mango Sticky Rice The only think I like is that the sticky rice is warm. Other than that, the sticky rice was lumpy and doesn't have the right taste and texture which I like. Similar to Nakhon, the coconut milk used is different from the originals you get in Thailand.
