For a fan who loves salty food, the soup is to my liking.
Noodle is a bit hard for me and does not have sufficient bounciness. Cha Shu is is alright.
Will still come back for the soup again. Overall still a pleasant experience.
Had the dry banmian for at least 10 times and still find it nice. I seldom have banmian in the past till I tried this. Standard is consistant I must say. The sauce and homemade chilli really makes their banmian stand out. The noodle are cooked just nice, not too soft nor too hard. Portion is just right for me too.
Ordered a butter polo bun and almond tea. The almond tea came quite fast, but the polo bun took around 15 mins.
Almond tea taste powdery. Feels like one that uses Instant Almond powder to make. The polo bun is normal. I am not good at describing, but it just feels like what u can find at a normal neighbourhood bakery, difference being it is warm. Total cost = $8.32. Not recommended. Note that the photo was taken from website as I didn't took any photo.
$5.50 for the Butter Chicken with Basmati rice, $1.00 Vegetable, $0.70 Egg. The dish did not dissapoint. Chicken was tender. The gravy is tasty and not too spicy. Going back to try their beef stew another day. Slightly above average.
Price of the braised pork belly noodle is around $12. The taste of the braised pork belly taste is too strong. The portion is huge, but don't bother ordering this. You won't be able to finish it due to its portion and taste. Only managed to finish a quarter or less of it. Highly not recommended.
