Finally after seeing Sister photo on her spicy pot, today I decided to pick up some and try. Going for the least spicy and indeed the combination of crunchy lotus root and peanut plus noodle and veggie makes it so appetising .

还好不用排队，因为尝了也没什么惊喜....

No crazy queue at 10.45am and I managed to get my set within 5 mins. Very light flavour cheese tart which is not what I expected it to be. Coffee was serve in plastic cup and it was Super scorching, I even saw customer asking to top with water to cool it 🤣

Don't think I will be back again unless to try the matcha version. Coffee with a slice of cheese tart @ $9.50; mini cheese tart $3.50
.
Suggest you can come around 10.30 - 11.30am to avoid queuing .

Our turn to join the fun trying out the new Nasi Lemak Burger Feast. The set comes with a burger sandwich with a piece of crispy deep-fried chicken cutlet, fried egg, cucumber and sambal chilli

On side you can choose normal or criss cross fries, fizzy bandung drink and coconut pie. Love the coconut pie which I think it taste better than the previous banana pie. Burger wise nothing fancy, still prefer the authentic Nasi Lemak rice 🤣

Dinner tonight is XO fried fish head bee hoon vs sliced fish hor fun from 華記XO魚頭米粉 located at old airport road Hawkers centre

Love their soup base but it did take quite sometime to eat the fish head due to the bones so actually I will prefer sliced fish rather than this 🤣

Had lunch with mum earlier and after which I brought her to try this new Kaya Durian Toast from #yakun Emmm today's durian pulp seems lesser than the one I had on the day and taste wise also not as fragrant and rich

Mum comments the pairing of Durian and coffee seems a bit weird but for me it is still acceptable except you need to share the load instead of having it all by yourself 🤣

In order to avoid the lunch queue I went early to "tabao" the above; Nasi Lemak from Crave and Chicken Rice from Wee Nam Kee. Miss out the churro so end up buying putu piring on the way back
