REALLY REALLY LOVE HOW THE WAFFLE IS SO CRUNCHY N FLUFFY!! The vanilla ice cream n the waffle taste great alone but i dun think they match well together😕 On the other hand, it was definitely worth the wait (1hour++)

Tonkotsu soup base with miso and garlic oil! Moreover, you can choose the hardness of your noodles!!
The toji was smaller than i expected but nonetheless i was not able to finish it 😝 the sauce was too sweet for me, but if you combine it with rice... Its a while different story😋
I tried their recommended dish and i was not disappointed. It was really a dish qualified to be one👍
