Jekyll and Hyde is hands down my favourite bar in Singapore. I always enjoy their unique concoctions and interesting flavors. They have since changed their menu and Iām in love with their clarified P&C Cocktail ($22++)
Xiao Long Kan serves a wide variety of meats and seafood for you to choose from. My favorites were the Pork Meatball with Rose ($14) and the Crystal Beef ($12). Their soup bases are also really authentic and spicy soup really packs a punch.
Got their signature watermelon cocktail ($22) as well as their monthly special. Both tasted really fruity and fresh but are definitely on the milder side in terms of alcoholic content. The view however was spectacular and I would recommend people to at least visit Mr Stork once for the experience.
The Mushroom Croissant Benedict ($18) is a step up from the usual Eggs Benedict. The eggs are beautifully poached and served with a sinful serving of truffled Hollandaise over a crispy croissant. The mushrooms are also seasoned and cooked beautifully. As the dish is rich and pretty indulgent, it might be best to share this dish with another.
