Dal In is managed by authentic Koreans! They're well received from the public as well. Always fully packed during lunch hours and after working hours, you can get to see Koreans dining here too! (Ahhh feels like I'm in some part for Korea already) Budae jigae •$40• is much saltier here as compared to Wang Dae Bak. And during dinner hours they would throw in steamed egg as side dish! So much food for 2pax! You may find exotic food such as pupae here as well. Try if you dare! Oh yes, do try their Jajangmyeon, really tasty & definitely hits the spot after watching Running Man & Korean dramas whereby they always call for food delivery 😆

OSO Ristorante's Tini with squid ink (my first time) and bottarga egg in garlic and chilli with uni (my first time too). Full of ocean flavors going on here! I may have concluded after this that I do not like uni. If you can take ocean flavors then this may be good for you.

First time having Shibuya Toast! •$14.80• The toast have this buttery taste and its crispy! Vanilla icecream with banana, strawberries & blueberries, accompanied with whipping cream & salted caramel sauce.

Finally a cafe near my area! The waffles were crispy and soft on the inside while the ice creams were flavorful. Do try their earl grey lavender!

Lunch time with my colleagues & boss! Ordered hor fun rather than the normal wanton noodles. Noodles are soft but not clumpy. Oops! The main highlight was the soya sauce chicken which was quickly devoured before I could take any picture! The chicken was tender and full of flavor! Wanton soup that we ordered wasn't salty and the wanton was packed with fillings. So yums I'm craving for it again. Maybe rice the next round! 😋

Linguine cooked in pork ragout and white wine. Fantastic. Loving the wine taste in it. The tender pork compliments the overall taste really well. In addition, the pork is so well cooked that it breaks apart in your mouth almost instantly.

Sawadeekaa! Affordable Thai food nearby my vicinity! So much food ordered but it was just $37 bucks! 😍 mega love the stirred fried beef with basil leaves ($8) and also the pineapple fried rice ($6). The punch of spice was worth it!

Finally got the chance to taste these tarts from Tarte by Cheryl Koh! Worth the hype. I chose earl grey tea over the other two which I kept for my parents to eat. Earl grey tea was a crème brûlée! The tart base was not too thick nor thin, a little crunchy alongside w the sweet and creamy earl grey crème brûlée and a piece of white chocolate placed on top. Will be back again for more choices next time!

Whenever we go over to my godparent's place, we will stop by Bukit Timah Food Market for either breakfast or dinner. Never fail to order carrot cake from He Zhong and it's still my favourite ever since! Fluffy carrot cake stir fried along with cai poh till fragrant, alongside with the crispy egg and chili. To add on, it is not even oily! Perfect for the hungry soul ☺️ #hawkerpedia

Another donburi we tried was chicken yakitori! For those who doesn't eat beef, this was really good as well. Chicken skin was a little crispy and the meat was juicy & tender at the same time.

Finally got to try this hot favourite during lunch hour! Beef was tender & juicy. You're able to whiff the truffle soy sauce poured over their rice bowl, complete with onsen egg which I broke and mixed it into the rice. Affordable & a strike off my wish list!
