Housed at level of Parc Sovereign Hotel, most people would have just walked past it without noticing. One of the highlights of this place is definitely the matcha lava cake. Presented in a dark green colour, it contains the right mixture of bitterness and sweetness that won't turn people off. The lava is of the right thickness that flows slowly out of the cake, giving food photographers sufficient time to capture the moment. Coupled with vanilla beans ice cream and azuki red beans, the matcha taste will not leave an overwhelming and lingering taste in your mouth.
Top layered with steamed milk and bottom layer is filled green match powder. This dark jade colour drink is pretty to look at and nice to drink too. Smooth texture and just the right sweetness without any lingering matcha aftertaste, you will find yourself craving for more.
