Surf & Turf's a duo of Black Angus Sirloin and tiger prawns (the prawns seem small to me though), my dashi poached barramundi with seaweed n enoki salad was so yums, i hope they'd give me more of that dashi broth! We can't skip dessert and thought Tim Tams with Milk sounds fun. Between the 2 chocolate crisps was a layer of hazelnut praline, sitting atop what i think is hazelnut soil.
