Not my thing. I love my greens and dig vegetarian food but when it comes to mock meats and konnyaku seafood? No. Just nope. I'd rather eat the real thing or stick to beans and tofu. You know, real food. #justsaying π

Also experienced a bit of an epiphany eating the Negitoro. Oh. Em. Gee. Never thought myself a Tuna person (I usually go for Salmon) but the creaminess of the minced tuna was incredible, and the inflections of sharp slightly grassy chives helped cut the richness. So. Good!

Had the sweetest, plumpest Hotate Teppenyaki with a pile of beautifully crisp mixed vegetables. A tiny dot of aged miso atop the scallop and it was sheer heaven!
Because lobsterrrrrr!
