I've heard of the legendary chef who started out at Wasabi Tei, then moved to Chikuwa Tei, and who is now at Mitsuba. Decided to follow the trail and started my chirashi journey here. Already impressed, so I'm keen to find out what the nosh is like at Chikuwa Tei and Mitsuba.

Behold for the taste behind this commonly named chicken. Sure, you can find many "Ayam Bakar" across the country. But, how many are there that can impress your taste buds? ;) For me, this is Pasar Go-Lie signature dish that makes me keep coming back and back and back... It's just that good!

A lil taste of Vietnam at home. Made myself a Ca Kho To, but with beef instead. Garlic, ginger, lemongrass, fish sauce with coconut juice (not milk) and a sprinkling of sugar makes an amazing sauce in the oven. Eaten with a bunch of fresh greens on the side like they do on the streets of Hanoi. How about it? | #food #foodgasm #instayum #instafood #imadethis

Okok, my picture does this no justice. Nope, it is not an algae infested sponge. This was soooooo good!

The signature taro balls comes in either a cold, hot or warm version so make your choice!! I had the warm version and it tasted excellent. The taro and sweet potato flavor were picked up by the milk drizzle, without, they taste somewhat less enticing. The soup wasn't overly sweetened, very chewy balls, extremely soft grass jelly and brown-sugared pearls occupy the big bowl! Worth every cents and super delicious than anywhere u hv eaten! Very highly recommended!! Not joking.
