Look forward to an array of traditional dishes alongside more modern dishes like charcoal-grilled beef, pork or chicken! Highly recommended to try their Yangnyum Galbi, U.S Marinated Short Ribs ($62.00++, 330g), very well marinated, flavourful and tender. One of the best marinated meats that I have tried.

Japchae Stir-fried glass noodle with vegetables & beef ($25++) . Can't miss the classic Japchae which perfectly springy & chewy! 😋 This rendition is quite lightly seasoned so it is good on its own.

Jokbal Sliced Pork Trotter, jelly fish, kimchi, spring onion with chef mustard dressing ($38++) . Served as a cold dish ❄️, I enjoyed their Jokbal (Sliced Pork Trotter) which didn't have much of the gamey flavours of pork! 👌🏻 A very refreshing dish with the tangy mustard sauce cutting the heaviness of the meats! ✔️
