Potatoes are freshly grated and pan fried. This was my second time having it and I remembered I didn’t really liked it the first time. However this time it was really different which might be due to the cheddar on top! Highly recommend to add cheddar! 7.0/10
I have visited other makisan outlets before and I honestly think this is one of the worst outlets to go to.
I visited this branch on the evening of 2nd Aug, Friday and I was greeted by a unfriendly cashier who took my order. Well, she looked as though she hated her job!
The food was tasteless even though I have chosen flavorful items. I had a salad bowl and it tasted raw and just very meh! I eat salad and poke bowls very often by the way.
The husband had a maki roll and he was so disappointed in it that when we got home, he made cup noodles. He even said that the noodles was more satisfying that maki roll.
It is our second time at this brunch and I love it here. It is very convenient to get to and the interior design/decor is very open, bright, lush and conducive.
It is great for families!
Due to my diet, I couldn’t eat any carbs or sugar so I informed the staff about it and they suggested to change my burger to a naked burger, where the burger patty will be wrapped with lettuce instead and my side would be a salad.
Service here is great but food is expensive!
We came on a Saturday for lunch and it was crowded but thankfully, we managed to get a table quite quickly.
The reason why we came was also because of Burpple’s promotion where you can get 1-for-1 all day breakfast/pasta so we got the fully loaded which was really very filling and I feel you’ll get the bang for your buck!
I would come back here to try other items in the menu
This is the first PS cafe if i’m not wrong. It has a smaller seating area which makes it cosy.
The service staff here are really great and friendly! They are attentive and really quick to get your requests seen to.
I tried the Pesto laksa spaghetti which was really good and different from the usual.
The moment you walk into the place, you’re hit with strong overpowering smell of onions which can be a little unpleasant.
The atmosphere is one of industrial but yet it is cosy. The tacos are pretty good but it’s not the best out there and they are pretty expensive, for the price you’ve to pay. You could get better tacos out there as well.
They do serve up some fancy and cool alcoholic drinks which girls would definitely love. I feel you can visit this restaurant if you’re not on a budget and don’t mind the price point.

We came here for our Mother’s Day Lunch and it was an enjoyable experience. We were seated in the quieter corner of the restaurant that is dressed as a shed. It was kind of warm as the air conditioning wasn’t working there.
The service staff were very prompt, helpful and attentive.
The burgers were really delicious and juicy. They really did take the southern path down in all their dishes and it’s shows in their presentation as well. It is worth the price point that you are paying and you’ll leave the restaurant extremely full!
My recommendations are: The impossible burger and the fried chicken with braised watermelon.
They have been in operation for a couple of years and known to be a great cafe but similar to many new age cafès, they have a pretty high price point for their menu items. So be prepared to spend at least $60 for 2 pax.
The environment is cozy and welcoming which is perfect for a brunch setting. Their staff are really friendly and helpful.
They do serve up some fusion tasty food that will leave you feeling satisfied but for the price point, it isn’t somewhere you would go often.
I’ve been coming here for years and I enjoy myself each time. Located in the basement of Grand Hyatt, its secretive charm makes it even more cosy. It’s something about the dark setting, bistro style table cloths and warm hospitality that I just know I’m going to have a good time the moment I walk through the doors.
I always go for Pasta as I’m a sucker for pasta 🤷🏻‍♀️ what I like is that they do have a salad bar as well which serves pretty decent stuff and the bread bar is complimentary with any order. My favorite spreads are the garlic pesto and ripen tomatoes!
I feel it’s worth it if you go for the Set Menu that comes with any starter, any main and any dessert. As I usually go for the Spaghetti Cioppino that comes with half main lobster ($44) the set is worth it! It’s divine by the way.
Would definitely recommend anyone who wants a good Italian meal in town.
The slowest fast food restaurant ever. The queues are super long because the service is very slow. You can easily wait up to 30 min for your turn to order.
There isn’t much space to queue as well and everyone seems squashed at the counters. Sometimes you have the queue outside instead.
The food is pretty much the same across all outlets but what I like about this outlet the most is that they have the best service out of all the outlets.
It’s is very clear that the manager Dee is passionate at her job and it transcends down to the rest of the team.
Service was a little slow due to the peak hour but they tried their best to be as fast as they could.
All in all, I had a great experience and meal.
