Soy sauce Chicken with rice ($5). Considering that this is a michelin starred place, the price is very reasonable. The chicken is juicy and tender but could be more flavorful. The sauce on the fluffy rice makes up for it

Had been wanting to try seafood boil for the longest time and thankfully The Boiler had it . This lousianaian / cajun dish is quite a rare find in SG. The seafood boil is served like a garbage bag and you just take it out of the bag and eat it. It will be very messy but aprons , napkins and gloves are provided:). The seafood and homemade sauce is fresh and accompanies perfectly well and there is an extremely generous amount of seafood there.

Looking for something affordable, nutritious, Instagrammable and delicious sounds a bit too much but fortunately it is not. Not only does this bowl look gorgeous, it is actually really delicious! The sous vide salmon with mentaiko mayo is packed with robusting flavor and the sesame dressing gives those 'boring' veggies an extra flavor and the sous vide egg to help balance out the dryness of the dish.

I feel like Potain wonton noodles are the best in sg. I have been eating this since i was in middle school and still love it until date. Lean and flavorful char siew with crispy fried delicous wontons and soft and chewy noodles with some greens.

I am a huge fan of fish and chips and had to try Oriole's signiture ginger ale fish and chips. The service was excellent, friendly staff and the food took a short while to come conserdering the fact that the place was packed. 2 big pieces of delicious, sweet and juicy dory fish with a extrenely crispy light batter that sticks to the fish. Not to mention the fries were very crispy too

Was actually quite disappointed as they didn't give me the drumstick at all. This skin was not crispy at all. The sauce coating the skin was really flavorful and delicious and the meat was soft and tender. Would have expected crispy skin and more sauce

If you're looking for delicious affordable western food with good quality ingredients, Hot Tomato is the place for you! Delicious flavorful seared salmon fillet with aglio olio pasta, cooked al dente and packed with flavor and a sweet mango salsa. A side salad with delicious dressing for that extra crunch and some grennery. All that just for $10.

This cafe always brings back memories of the cafes in Thailand so i decided to come here to give it a try. Ordered the mamathai; Thai mama noodles with seafood. The noodles were perfectly done and there was a good amount of vegetables given. The squids were very soft. The shrimp on the other hand was too fishy to my liking. The dish had a sweet-sour almost tom yam like flavor. Not bad

Have always wanted to come and try out this restaurant and decided to come here for dinner. Service and staff were not bad. Food wise was absoulutely terrible. Very disappointed, i felt like they could have done much better. The sea bass was to tough to cut and chew and it tasted so bland and fishy. The fish was not fresh at all. The vegetables were undercooked and very hard and the broth was flavorless. I didn't finish the fish as i wasn't sure if it was cooked or not. Ended up eating somewhere else

Barrio is my favorite mexican restaurant in sg as it has so many varities of mexican dishes to choose from and you can choose your proteins as well to go with the dish. Decided to try their chicken tacos this time round. The protein that they use is the same for all dishes. The crispy tacos we not that crispy and a bit soggy. However, the generous amount of ingredients made up for it. Juicy marinated chicken with sweet pineapple salsa and lettuce🤤. Very filling as well. Comparee to other mexican restaurants, i would say that this dish is worth $12.

It has been years since i have last been here. I was feeling quite fussy about what i wanted that day and the waiter was so patient and friendly in terms of giving me suggestions and modifications to the dishes. I decided to go with their soft shell crab aglio olio as not many places have it. The pasta was cooked to perfection; al dente and the aglio olio flavor was there. The soft shell crab was crispy, soft and delicious. Full of meat. However, for $19 i was expecting a larger portion , especially for the crab which is quite small.
